As a surveyor of concrete for high-rise buildings in New York, I was tasked with ensuring the structural integrity and quality of concrete used in construction projects. I was meticulous in inspecting concrete mixes, forms, and pouring techniques to ensure they meet rigorous standards and regulations. My keen eye for detail helps identify any potential flaws or weaknesses that could compromise the safety and durability of these towering structures. Working in a dynamic environment, Collaborated closely with engineers, architects, and construction teams to uphold the highest standards of quality and safety in every aspect of the building process.

As a purchasing agent for a fire truck apparatus company, I was responsible for sourcing materials and components needed to manufacture fire trucks. This includes liaising with suppliers using Microsoft Dynamics & negotiating prices, and ensuring timely delivery of parts. Additionally, I oversaw shipping and receiving operations, coordinating logistics and utilizing forklifts to handle incoming and outgoing shipments efficiently. My role was pivotal in maintaining smooth production processes and meeting customer demands for quality fire trucks.
