I am a current student at San Francisco State University closing in on completing my paralegal certification. I am looking for an opportunity to begin my professional career, something that I have been incredibly excited about since graduating from college.As a student at San Francisco State University I studied Political Science and Criminal Justice graduating cum laude. While studying Political Science I took courses focusing on the legal writing and research as well as courses on the judicial process. Through these courses we would analyze case briefings, critically analyze legal writing, and perform legal research to better understand the cases at hand. These courses also gave me the opportunities to write my own legal memorandums and case briefings as well as the opportunity to review my peers legal writing. Through these courses I have developed a great ability to understand legal writing and translate that writing into a concise brief as well as the ability to conduct legal research and analysis. During my time at 101 Things To Do San Diego I organized a vast database of clientele managing account information and assuring that all client information was accurate and up to date. Updates to client information included making adjustments to 101 Things to Do San Diego's website calendar and creating new blog posts with updated client advertisement information. As the communication specialist at 101 Things To Do San Diego I was also tasked with answering client phones calls and transferring them to the appropriate department. My work at Trader Joe’s has allowed me to reinforce my skills with people, strengthening my skills in communication and conveying complex ideas to a team of people. At Trader Joe's the costumer experience is the highest priority and I pride myself in my ability to make strong connections with costumers and create an environment that provides for the best shopping experience.
