    42 years of experience in fossil fuel combustion and resulting emissions for large industrial and commercial steam generation systems Started as a Service Engineer for B&W in 1974 out of their Dallas office then transferred to their Barberton, Ohio office where I functioned as a Design Engineer with technical responsibility for some 15 products including Waste to Energy (WTE) and biomass power plants.I have completed start-up and Acceptance testing of the Palm Beach County Waste to Energy Facility No 2 in W. Palm Beach, Fla. The entire facility processes 5,000 TPD of Municipal Solid Waste, generates 170MW of electric power and has an advanced combustion system and emission abatement system.I have retired as of June 28, 2016 and am available for consultation by appointment.
