Managing the HR side of IT Projects for the HR division's Digital Transformation strategy. Lead the HR RPA program to automate numerous HR processes and perform system integrations. Served as the Risk Management consultant for all IT projects over $500,000, engaged with other PMs, project teams and stakeholders to ensure risks are captured, mitigated and expired appropriately. Served as Project Manager at CoP over multiple years and with project budgets over $1,000,000. Am a Certified Scrum Master and consulted with Agile projects globally to ensure they are successful. Managed the project to convert over 2,000 SharePoint 2007 project sites into SharePoint Online, and served as a Site Collection Administrator for over 600 IT Strategy and Security websites. Managed a project for our Australia business unit moving data and security into the Amazon Web Services cloud, standing up the infrastructure and enabling the secure migration of our data, a half-million dollar effort.Consulted with our project teams, writing and editing process and technical documents, guiding teams per established policies and helping teams succeed in their project planning and execution.Lead resource for Operational Readiness Assessment and Risk Analysis. Facilitated all stage gate meetings with project teams to ensure risks are properly identified, projects are achieving milestones on schedule and ensuring budgets are being met. Helped revise Vendor Engagement strategy for the business.Was Lead Defect Manager for part of a $3B divestiture, developing the defect management process for the two companies from cradle to grave, attending daily stand up meetings and managing a team to ensure remediation is both timely and successful.Created monthly reports using data analytics to IT leadership for projects trends.

Ensured projects complete the necessary steps to be successful within the ConocoPhillips environment. Scheduled stage gate meeting, ensured documentation is completed properly and captured action items for project managers from meetings.

Led projects as PM in both US and Canadian BUs. Worked in the role of a scheduler for our Exchange Migration project, coordinated with global business unit leaders, gathered business unit and stakeholder initiatives, and coordinated and performed scheduling and migration for 30,000 email accounts globally. Reported metrics to key stakeholders and IT leadership weekly. As a member of the Lync 2013 rollout project team, developed testing algorithms, performed testing and problem analysis, documented issues, delivered presentations on the product to CoP employees and produced technical and general use documentation for the project. Integrated systems and developed innovative solutions to save two months and $63,000 in development costs by integrating Active Directory controls with the ServiceNow security kit.

Mentored and coached eight analysts as a Lead Analyst, assisting them with problems, tickets and advanced troubleshooting. Wrote the Americas Service Desk Business Continuity and Disaster Recovery plan, which was leveraged as the model for all CoP Customer Support Services teams. Authored several dozen process and technical documents for use by other analysts.

Worked in a high-call volume environment performing hardware and software troubleshooting, remote repair and other issue resolution processes, routinely exceeding company metric expectations. Became a top performer, leading the global team in metrics including first call resolution rate and number of incidents resolved, placing in the top five percent of employees throughout CoP for individual performance for two consecutive years. Utilized Remedy and ServiceNow incident management software to handle customer complaints and issues with over 6,000 applications. Was the Training Coordinator for our company's repositioning effort, training 30 new hires for each ConocoPhillips and Phillips 66 within the timespan of six months ahead of the separation of businesses.

Implemented data and resource consolidation efforts, documentation collection and password archives, to increase efficiency and used my written communication skills to create a library of documentation on complicated or infrequently used processes. Led project to consolidate antivirus and network security across all six of our sites, working with vendors and the County Commissioners to finish project over two months, saving over 20 percent on the contract for county-wide service while also reducing maintenance. Created business forms for the Appraiser's Office using Excel. Updated and maintained the County webpage using FrontPage, Apache hosting software and FTP programs.

Worked as a Staff Writer, moved up to Copy Editor, and eventually was promoted to Managing Editor. Ended employment with the paper as a News Editor assisting a new Managing Editor while working concurrently at Montgomery County. Daily copy editing and proofreading both news and advertising copy to overseeing the layout and content of the entire newspaper as Managing Editor. Worked with all other departments to ensure a quality final product was produced. Oversaw a staff of five reporters and managed the Newsroom budget. Worked for four years, two as Project Manager for our annual Progress Edition, a 100-plus page marketing supplement that brings in roughly $300,000 of advertising revenue. This is three-month project each year reached all parts of our community, highlighting my writing, photojournalism, copy editing, layout and design and strong verbal communication skills to bring the businesses in our town to life in the paper. Shot my own photography, covered governmental meetings and breaking news.Oversaw a staff of five reporters and managed the Newsroom budget.Used Photoshop, Quark Express, Illustrator, various word processors, document scanning software and put it all together for a daily product. Every day was a new deadline, and every deadline met was the beginning of a new one.Daily interaction with the public both on friendly terms and on their terms. I often worked in high stress situations, emergencies, meetings and even a natural disaster, to ensure the public was informed.Troubleshooting on the network of Apple/Macintosh computers.

Performed a wide range of duties, culminating in the Paraprofessional position. Taught an English as a Second Language for two Catholic Priests from Burma, Administered a nursing testing program and was one of two instructors at a business-partnership driven remote campus distance learning program, using Plato Courseware, monitoring progress for roughly 50 employees at Funk Manufacturing.Led personalized and group study sessions on topics from History, Sociology, Calculus, Psychology and numerous other topics as a Paraprofessional. Tutored students from the college, high school and junior high.Supervised a computer lab of 20 computers and administered placement testing. Performed data collection, data analysis and wrote portions of the annual Carl Perkins grant applications for the college. Due to my research and analysis, the College received a nearly 20 percent increase in grant funding due to my findings.
