My responsibilities include budget creation, actuals reporting, variance analysis, forecast building, accounting policy implementation and management, and maintenance of accounting systems, This included revenue, expense and headcount reporting. I am also responsible for creating and maintaining data anaylsis in the Alteryx data managment tool. I have used Alteryx to create extremely detailed analyses of $75M in annual payroll costs for one of Bell's subsidiariesIn 2022, used Alteryx to create a labour forecasting tool complete with automatically generated presentations with variance analysis from multiple scenarios. Currently, the Alteryx forecast model is proving to be accurate to 1-1.5%.
