I perform a wide variety of assignments including customer service support, test, troubleshoot, modify and repair Analog and IP Security Networking Devices. In my customer service role I provide customer support over the phone, email and in person, if necessary. I help diagnose errors or technical problems with new and old installations for different customer applications. I comprehend customer requirements and make appropriate recommendations and briefings on time sensitive cases. If necessary I manage all on-site installation, repair, maintenance and testing tasks. I record data in timely and detailed reports quality purposes. I work in a team orientated environment providing quality support to both Production and Engineering departments. In my RMA Repair technician role I analyze, test, repair and refurbish all Nitek products from customer field returns. I am personally responsible for maintaining B-stock and demo inventory. I repair and replace the Nitek devices back to customer in a timely fashion. I collect and provide feedback on product quality issues. I also provide data for analysis and generate daily and monthly reports on RMA and technical support cases. I coordinate with Customer service representative on shipping, receiving and overall customer communications to ensure great working relationships with customers.
