I currently serve as Director of Operations for Home Legend.Prior to joining Home Legend, I was the production manager for Polyventive LLC. In this role, I was responsible for safety, planning, production, inventory, shipping, and other managerial duties. Previously, I worked in planning for Polyventive LLC. Primary focus was managing MTS and MTO products to ensure acceptable OTIF levels. I was in the hardwood flooring industry for 11 years prior to joining Polyventive. I started in the distribution side. In this position, I imported hardwood floors and distributed product nationwide. I then moved to manufacturing, where I led a team in producing solid and engineered floors. Being in the flooring industry, I started and operated an installation business that provided additional knowledge.
