My passion lies in leading projects that bring positive change both locally and globally. That is why I'm at World Vision, the world's leading child sponsorship organization. For more than 70 years our sponsors have helped millions of the world's most vulnerable children and their families to improve and transform their lives. And it’s not just help, our sponsors empower children and their communities with knowledge and tools to learn new skills, develop new opportunities, and above all to build hope for themselves and their communities.As the Technical Director Innovation & Continuous Improvement, my role is to lead and manage the pioneering work of launching new efforts across multiple countries leading to the global scale out as well as identifying promising practices across the partnership, refining and scaling globally to make our organization more effective and better stewards of the resources we are blessed with.Most recently I led the launch and global scale out of Chosen™ across our field offices. Chosen is an inspirational shift that recognizes the dignity and value of everyone involved—acknowledging that children in extreme poverty have the power to change their own lives... and our lives, too. Chosen is a breakthrough innovation in the sponsorship category globally and I'm proud to lead and manage this distinguished effort.
