Independently completed all tasks involved in beer production, including recipe development of pilot beers, wort production on a 15 BBL brewhouse, dry hopping, yeast and fermentation management of 30 and 60 BBL fermenters, transferring of beer to brite tanks and fining without oxygen pickup, kegging finished product, and logging tasks in Ekos software. Responsible for tank and brewhouse CIP. Was instrumental in implementing colorimetric VDK analysis. Assisted all tasks in cider production and canning line. Forklift certified.

Independently and collaboratively developed recipes and produced wort. Duties included tapline cleaning, canning, kegging, tank CIP, brewhouse CIP, dry hopping, forklift operation, pump repair, and barrel management. Lead process improvements including introduction of yeast cell counting and viability protocols, yeast cropping and re-pitching, as well as utilizing hop extract and canning nitrogenated coffee.
