Served as Workstream Lead for the new Danske Bank Headquarters project in Copenhagen, Denmark. This extremely unique project involved the relocation and consolidation of six different sites including the existing 150 + year old headquarters building. In total 7000 employees will be consolidated into this new facility. The uniqueness of the project is further highlighted by the vision and concept for the new headquarters which will include shared public and private use of the building, open access food and beverage outlets both inside and on the surrounding property, community meeting and assembly spaces, entrepreneurial incubation facilities, art gallery, education facilities and stunning rooftop Michelin quality dining experiences. The economics of the operating model is built upon a revenue sharing formula whereby revenues from the many public food and beverage outlets and community accessible facilities will reduce the overall facilities management budget to levels significantly below industry standards. Responsibilities were specific to; evaluating the concept and vision of the headquarters facility, building the operational model for all facility services and how they are delivered, designing the workplace experience concepts and how potential third party operators can deliver the required experiences and working with and guiding third party companies through the understanding of the headquarters concept, what competencies and capabilities the selected provider must master and ultimately, selecting the optimal third party partner to operate the facility. In addition, duties included in house talent evaluation, organizational optimization and design along the with recruitment of key resources for placement in critical workstream functions.
