Developed curriculum and co-facilitated 3-hour training for Hinsdale South High School annual Diversity Week. The training was coordinated directly with faculty seeking to grow capacity for the sophomore class (approx. 250 participants) to communicate across difference. Key topics included diversity and inclusion terminology, awareness of negative impacts of microaggressions, skills to interrupt microaggressions, and personal reflection on social identities. I co-facilitated this training with Dr. Paige Gardner for two consecutive years.
