As a senior executive I was directly involved in all of the essential duties and responsibilities required for this position. I supervised and worked very closely with our marketing and sales teams to plan, develop and execute marketing and sales campaigns to achieve corporate objectives for our products and services. In the past 2 years we developed content marketing strategies using automated platforms to distribute content across dozens of social and professional media channels. We leveraged and used various engagement platforms to create target audience engagement across all our campaigns. On a daily basis we distributed fresh new content every 30 minutes across dozens of channels. Our efforts resulted in daily growth of all social and professional groups and channels. Combined efforts increased our website traffic, inbound calls and market awareness dramatically. A small internal staff supported many of the strategies we developed and we did not rely on pay per click campaigns or other similar campaigns that are often costly and difficult to measure. Specifically during my time at Medical Connections we developed strong online and print marketing campaigns across multiple channels that helped us grow the company 63% over a four-year period. In 2009 the Staffing Industry Analysts identified Medical Connections as the 7th fastest growing staffing firm in the US.
