Within this role I look at how we can develop and engage with existing and new supporters across all our digital platforms to highlight key campaigns and messages about the work of the charity and how it helps supports patients and staff across Oxford University NHS Foundation Trust. I am responsible for creating all digital content for the charity, from providing copy for social media posts, or creating digital mailing campaigns through MailChimp. I am also involved heavily with design work to enhance visibility of the charity around the hospitals and around Oxfordshire. Examples of these include designing merchandise, graphics for social media and materials to support large scale fundraising events i.e., OX5 RUN.Further duties include photography of both patients and staff, along with filming and creating videos to support partnerships with local businesses such as Blake Morgan and Stagecoach Oxfordshire.For further examples of work, I’ve completed please get in touch.

My role as a Web & Communications Officer, was varied and allowed me to gain excellent knowledge and enhance my skills in a wide range of areas. Main duties included communicating with staff and supporters through print and digital media to highlight messages from the charity, fundraising initiatives and supporter achievements. I am also responsible for managing social media for the charity, creating unique and engaging content through video, imagery and text on all digital platforms.Other responsibilities include photography of patients and staff across the trust to be used in a broad spectrum to support the charity and engage with both donors and potential supporters, creating videos for appeals, events and corporate partnerships and updating and maintaining both the website and internal intranet system for all OUH users.

I joined Waitrose whilst studying for my A Levels and stayed during my university years. I work there at weekends where I manage a small team, with responsibilities for ensuring standards within the store.
