In my capacity as a Systems Engineer, I primarily labor as a team lead, designer, and administrator of Ivanti products following the ITIL best practices and ITIL-focused development lifecycle while overseeing the datacenter environmental, product key management, and Computer Aided Dispatch (CAD) system servers. I also captain all facets of Ivanti Service Manager (ISM) and LANDesk Service Desk ticketing systems to streamline the inputting and completion of tickets for the technical, facility, and academic needs in accordance with Service Level Agreements (SLAs).Besides that, I design the ISM change management module and establish a new asset management system called Ivanti IT Asset Manager (IATM) to optimize the management and distribution of assignments to the 100K+ devices, including Chromebooks and iPads. I also adroitly originate network security measures such as the Gallagher Security Card Access and Milestone Surveillance Camera systems consisting of 4.6K+ cameras to support 18K+ employees across 150+ schools and administrative buildings.Furthermore, I liaise with the vendors, including Dell, Anixter, and SHI, to procure products and services for the continuity of high-efficiency level of the IT department while training the end-users to strengthen the quality of the institutional customer service. I also maximize the use of Microsoft Project to accomplish a multitude of tasks from the ground up and ensure productive operations while demonstrating comprehensive knowledge of the SQL and SSRS to author the reports for the ISM and IATM systems.

Back during my employment as a Lead Application Support Analyst at Jefferson County Public Schools, I carried out a leadership role in superintending a team of software technicians to diagnose issues and conceptualize technical solutions. I also competently implemented the first server-based ticketing system named Frontrange Helpdesk Expert Automation Tool (HEAT) to aid the technological needs of employees and provide ease in logging and assigning a multitude of calls and tickets.Not to forget that I integrated a Voice Over IP (VoIP) system to the HEAT to administer calls and tickets from customers through the phone-tree. I also spearheaded the management of team logistics to ensure the installation and maintenance of 300+ educational and office software packages and safeguard optimum support across 150+ schools as well as office staff and administration.
