Managed sales and service for GE Healthcare's largest customer, inclusive of:- 100+ sales/service professionals across 26 GE businesses to deliver $40M annual top line revenue.- Develop, communicate, and drive strategic planning, aligning disparate GE businesses to formulate solutions that solve customer problems. - Measure current state problem, define solution, establish key performance indicators of success- Develop senior executive success metrics dashboard for funding priority/approval across all portfolios ranging from imaging systems, patient monitoring, interventional care, HCIT, RTLS, and Analytics tools.- Provide >95% quarterly forecast accuracy for each GE business, oversee all transactions to ensure accuracy and compliance- Manage high level communication of implementations, and forecast on revenue recognition- Singularly manage, develop, and cultivate relationships with over 60 external C-Level leaders across 13 hospitals, 6 outpatient imaging centers, corporate headquarters, and supply chain offices.- Senior executive capital investment /consulting advisor - develop investment dashboards with prioritization criteria to rank investments for senior leadership- New business development offerings pilot management including - Dose mgmt., RTLS utilization, radiology analytics, sepsis protocol, patient flow, and exam analytics to drive patient referrals- Mentoring/coaching of hospital operations/solution offerings for internal leaders- Oversee and manage senior executive communication on all service escalations and outcomes
