In addition, I was a volunteer for the US Park Service as a guide, Vietnam Veterans Memorial, Washington, D.C. International work includes Project Manager of Public Administration Programs in the Czech Republic, Slovakia, Hungary, Romania, Kharkov, Ukraine and Almaty Kazakhstan.
