In charge of the Network Operating systems group that set the standards and directions for the US firm's Network Operating System technologies. Performed hardware and software evaluations. Developed and maintained ALGOL programs to monitor the performance of multiple distributed A-series mainframes. Analyzed collected data in order to track and identify potential hardware problems and processor bottlenecks.

Assisted sales force in the resolution of any technical issues that were encountered through both pre-sales and post-sales cycles. Performed system capacity analysis on small systems generating additional entry-level A-series mainframe upgrades.
