• Provide end-user support for in-scope applications, including user setup/installation, browser configuration, etc.• Assist with troubleshooting system and end-user issues to identify possible root cause and provide input for recommended resolutions.• Create and complete test scripts for system enhancements, patches and upgrades.• Provide on-call production support for in-scope applications.• Support existing end-user provisioning/de-provisioning process and provide security reporting.• Collaborate with Corporate Accounting, FP&A and the Treasury teams to identify upcoming system enhancements, facilitate prioritization discussions, and ensure that stakeholders are clear on what work is being committed to be completed within Global Technology & Solutions (GTS).
