Led 24-person division conducting operational testing for 6 space and missile defense programs valued at $180B. Advises Commander on space, cyberspace and missile system interoperability and mission capability issues relating to operational test events. Coordinates operational test and evaluation issues with system program offices, Major Commands, Air Staff, other Services, and the Office of the Secretary of Defense.

Leaf Award, given annually by the Air Force Association for outstanding achievement by a United States Air Force test team in the test and evaluation of a defense acquisition program. Led a 10+ member team conducting test planning, execution and analysis for $1.7B one-of-a-kind, multi-service system. Defined test concepts, plans, funding, manpower, and test resource requirements to support and conduct multi-service operational testing. Determined scheduling and execution of test events to assess readiness, system effectiveness, suitability, and mission capability. Executed information operations to enable STRATCOM, CENTCOM and SOCOM to influence adversarial nation-states and terrorist organizations. Teamed with combatant commands to integrate strategic/operational-level information operations in deliberate/contingency/crisis action plans. Managed 24x7 joint operations center providing STRATCOM reachback to leaders, operations tempo visibility, and response to world events.

Performed all-source intelligence analysis for the Defense Special Missile and Aerospace Center, a joint National Security Agency and Defense Intelligence Agency intelligence center. Directed all-source event reconstruction and analysis for foreign missile launch activity to monitor proliferation and compliance with international treaties. Developed, updated and coordinated operating procedures used to execute 24-hour global surveillance of space and missile activity. Specializes in Signals Intelligence and Measurements and Signatures Intelligence data exploitation. Led a 71 member flight, monitoring and enforcing standards, maintaining morale and assigning duties.

Assisted flight commander in leading flight comprised of 30 missile crews, facility managers and chefs, advising on status of training and personnel. Responsible for configuration of $13M missile alert facility. While on alert at the alternate command post, responsible to the President of the United States and the Commander of USSTRATCOM for the application of 50 nuclear missiles, monitoring 150 additional nuclear missiles directing 20 missile crews and overseeing $5.4B in weapon system assets. When directed, initiates retarget and launch actions for up to 50 Intercontinental Ballistic Missiles on critical strategic targets.

Earned Air Force Space Command's top evaluation rating of "Highly Qualified". Led 3-person Missile Warning Operations Center crew in support of missile defense. Operated $240M Pacific and polar coverage radar to detect missile and space launches and track satellites. Orchestrated activities of 10 other mission-critical support personnel during continuous 24-hour operations. Reported radar system reliability to Missile Warning Center within 60 seconds of any detected launch. Coordinated with controlling agencies and reported all system outages to ensure proper system operation. Provided operational control of Protection Level I installation during squadron commander's absence.
