*Manipulated Costar dataset of over 120,000 5+ unit properties in California to identify property level predictive factors for loss of affordability in naturally occurring affordable housing. This included a review of factors such as displacement risk index, unit type, change in unit rents, and property condition.*Developed a detailed analysis of rent reductions relative to market for state middle income JPA developments.*Participated in a guest speaker series featuring internal and external experts in housing policy.
