Executive Director Human Resources
CurrentReporting to the President, the Executive Director of Human Resources serves as a business partner in actively contributing to strategic planning, goal setting, engagement, collaboration, partnership development, and identifying opportunities for organizational growth.Responsibilities include managing the full cycle of human resources and office services for EIIA employees, establishing, overseeing, developing, maintaining, and implementing initiatives, programs, and processes in the areas of employee benefits, relations, engagement, job classification, legal compliance, diversity, equity, and inclusion, talent acquisition and retention, staff education, and HRIS.The role focuses on building and enhancing trust and transparency, anticipating and meeting the needs of the organization, fostering open, respectful communication in a collaborative environment, and demonstrating the ability to work independently while making strategic recommendations and decisions that are in line with the organization’s long-term plans.
