I consult with owners, CFOs, and Human Resource directors to choose employee benefit packages which include medical; dental; group life & disability; voluntary benefits; and retirement plans that best meet the needs of their company. Once plans are in place, our team services our accounts through personal client services and with our vendor partners. We work with our large employer groups to determine if full, level, or self-funded plans will best meet the needs of the client. Additionally, I introduce my clients and prospective clients to our teams of experts that handle all other lines of employer insurance needs, like those noted above, such as property & casualty, and executive benefits. Executive benefits can close gaps in coverage, attract and retain highly compensated employees.It is a pleasure partnering with so many different companies, and helping them build thoughtful and sustainable employee benefit packages.
