Manager, Talent Acquisition Operations
CurrentManager of Talent Acquisition Operations providing high level customer service and administrative support to the recruiting team for the Northeast, P&C Specialty, Life, and Wealth regions of approximately 1600+ employees. Work closely with the recruiting team, Director of Recruiting and HR Business Partners.Some responsibilities include:• Manage a team of Talent Acquisition Coordinators• Interview Talent Acquisition Coordinators for the US and Canada• Create and update roles/job descriptions in the ATS• Create and manage Recruiter and Coordinator sheets using SmartSheets• Create and maintain recruiting and on-boarding process for all regions• Create and maintain training materials for recruiting and on-boarding process• Work with HRIS team to test new features and programs for on-boarding/recruiting• Test and train employees on the new on-boarding tracking system• Train all new HR team members on the on-boarding process• Main point of contact for new employees in specific regions• Prep offer letters, promotion letters, and restricted covenant agreements• Send and process new hire paperwork ensuring legislation requirements are met• Work on special projects for the Head of HR for the Northeast and Mid-Atlantic region
