• Scheduled phone screens and office interviews for potential candidates
• Set up testing for potential candidates
• Responsible for new hire on-boarding (entering into appropriate systems, scanning of paperwork, file creation, technology support and building IDs) and off-boarding
• Processed both pre and post-hire background checks and drug testing
• Prepared and sent offer packets to potential hires

Greater New York City Area

• Supports a Relationship Manager with the following:
• Contacts insurance carriers on various changes to policy information
• Assembles meeting preparation documents pertaining to the client/prospect including basic illustrations, client summaries, and marketing packets
• Prepares individual life insurance and disability applications
• Schedules medical insurance exams
• Participates in occasional training and development sessions as directed by Administrative Service Manager
