I served as the Associate Producer working on Battle.net, Blizzard's online platform and web services. My focus was on live operations.

Achieved the rank of Quality Assurance Analyst III during my time in Blizzard's Quality Assurance department.

• Lead a team of four testers to ensure all player bug reports are documented, researched, and entered as Diablo III bugs.
• Spearheaded the creation of the Diablo III QA Forums team. This included designing an Inspector dedicated to forum reports, selecting and training specific QA Analysts, and establishing the forums research workflow.
• Responsible for QA ownership of Diablo III hotfixes. Acts as the main point-of-contact for hotfixes, supervises the testing of the hotfix, and reports directly to Diablo III production regarding the status of the.
• Improved the efficiency of QA forums documentation by streamlining the process for the D3 team.
• Worked directly with Blizzard players to ensure that their issues were addressed and documented.
• Administered an Inspector database to house all D3 forums bugs and other issues QA needs to research before launching Diablo III.

• Tested all aspects of all ten World of Warcraft characters, including player spells, talents, and tier item set bonuses.
• Verified over 80 hotfixes that were deployed to the live World of Warcraft environment. A majority of these hotfixes were bug fixes and changes to individual player spells.
• Spearheaded the testing for the War Games functionality, which allowed players of the same faction to fight each other in Battlegrounds.
• Participated in multiple Arena and Battlegrounds playtesting with members of the community and Blizzard developers on our Patch Test Realm (PTR).

Blizzard Entertainment

• Tested every single player mission of the Wings of Liberty campaign.
• Tested all aspects of our story mode functionality, such as NPC conversations and buying upgrades for your soldiers.
• Made sure that all campaign cinematics, both pre-rendered and in-game, were of Blizzard quality on all four graphical settings.
