Reporting to the EVP of Service, Joseph started at Constant C back when it was do IT with us.During his time at Constant C, Joe continued to rapidly expand his wealth of technical knowledge quickly becoming one of the company’s most knowledgeable IT resources. Joe’s combination of Technical, Analytical, and Business acumen lead him to further advancement opportunities at Constant C but he felt it was time to go out on his own.Some of his duties included:- Served as an integral part of the company’s technical services team including various types of design, implementation, maintenance, and support of various mixed environments- Lead several large projects and migrations including a Canada wide migration of a national firm consisting of more than 10 sites and 500 PC’s- Handled various internal technical escalations- Served as the primary technical point of contact for several of the company’s clients

During the early years of Joe’s career he slowly built up a small client base of his own, most of which he still serves to this day.

Reporting to the VP of Operations, Joseph started off his professional career in the IT Services / Networking department at the (now defunct) CBIT Computer Boulevard.During his time at CBIT, Joe gained valuable experience that would help propel him through his career. He quickly climbed the ranks to supervising a small team of up to 5 network technicians and handling some of the company’s largest client accounts. Some of his duties included:- Design / Implementation / Management of a wide variety of networks for Small and Medium business in Manitoba- Supervision of the department including coordination of technical and physical resources - Key Account Manager for some of the company’s largest client accounts sometimes in excess of $100,000 per month- IT Project management - Purchasing and Sourcing all kinds of hardware and software- Design / Implementation / Management of the company’s internal IT infrastructure- Technical and Customer Service based escalations- Inter-departmental consulting, supervision, and mentorship
