I oversaw the product development of ClickFox Experience Analytics with technical leadership in architecture and hiring, and technical staff development. I lead architecture and implementation of two generations of ClickFox's signature cross-channel analytical tools for analyzing customer experiences across multiple disparate systems. The majority of ClickFox's analysis is performed using these tools, which required complex large data analysis reported to interfaces with short user delay tolerances and utilized multiple grid and cloud computing tools such as GridGain and Greenplum. I also implemented ClickFox's continuous integration tooling and metrics gathering, supported test automation efforts and trained and coached on technical development skills for the product organization. Starting out implementing the next generation engine in C++ for C++ parsing and roundtrip engineering for Describe, I also developed visualizations and architecture for Embarcadero's Business Process Modeling application in an Eclipse RCP application using GEF and SWT.
