Strategic Partnerships

I play a pivotal leadership role executing strategies driving new sources of revenue, leveraging existing capabilities and nurturing customer relationships. My engagement with Sentius Group began at the Sage Capital division with numerous capital raisings.My role involves cross-functional collaboration, strategy, and data-driven decision making to maximize Sentius’ growth potential.Responsibilities• Identify and evaluate opportunities to generate new revenue streams aligned with strategic goals• Develop and execute growth strategies, with a focus on commercial models and partnerships• Accountable for strategy, narrative and execution for growth initiatives to commercialisation• Ensure cross-functional working groups and steering committees ensuring buy-in to strategy.• Develop strong stakeholder relationships across functional areas to validate opportunities.• Work with the Growth Operations, and outbound sales teams to:• Validate key uncertainties around feasibility, effectiveness and demand• Report on key success metrics and ROI• Develop and manage the growth portfolio budget• Manage growth initiatives to ensure transparency and buy-in with executive leadership groups• Work with the broader Commercial Team to support monetisation• Gain endorsement in executive forums by leveraging data-led insights and detailed business cases to build commercialisation cases for growth initiatives.Qualifications:• Sound experience in growth, commercial management and strategy, and innovation• Track record in developing and executing commercial and growth strategies• I am comfortable working with high levels of ambiguity and being held accountable• Strong analytical and commercial modelling skills• Sound judgement and commercial acumen, with the ability to communicate complex business concepts across a diverse stakeholder set• I am pragmatic and focused on delivering outcomes• Customer-centric mindset, with strong empathy, always striving to create value.
