    As Junior Team Manager I was the line manager to approximately half of the Netherlands-based NMQ Digital (IHATA branch) team. I led bi-weekly Town Hall meetings for the Netherlands-based team that fostered a sense of team spirit and kept team members up to date about things happening in the company and across The Netherlands. Finally, I helped to maintain a clean, tidy office environment and ordered monthly office food, drinks, and supplies.
