Lead developer for the processing engine server for the UDX Leads (https://udxleads.com/) SaaS product. The product is responsible for the conversion of IP addresses to consumer/business contact and demographic records based on the 100MM+ record smart zone data. I developed the Salesforce.com API client to interact with custom Apex web services responsible for billing and payment processing for UDX Leads customers. The processing engine was designed following a service based approach, implemented in Java and provided a REST API for restricted access by internal applications. This project also involved extensive MySQL database interaction and query performance tuning.I built an internal utility tool which automated system testing of our REST API services. The tool was built in Javascript using Node.jsLead development from technology selection to production and maintenance on v1.0 of the UDX product. This was a single page app which provided users convenient access to build custom audiences, PDF reports or demographic data extracts. My responsibilities included the web-based user interface, user security as well as the MySQL backed Java service. The technology stack included EmberJS, Java and MySQL. Developed new features and enhancements for the SmartZones Appliance (http://www.marketingappliance.com/) product. It is a web-based SaaS application allowing both internal and external users access to the smart zone data (100MM records) for ad targeting or general advertising data analysis. I was instrumental in incorporating continuous integration and a repeatable deployment process using Trac for task management and Jenkins for integration and deployment. [Feb 2014 - July 2014] Sr. Developer for Netback calculation project to help users more efficiently determine the pool price of a commodity (Crude/Gas/NGL) at the lease. My role included the setup the continuous integration system (TFS Build), assisted in requirements gathering via system prototyping(balsamiq mockup), architect/design/implementation of the web-based user interface using tools such as AngularJS/.Net Web API/HTML5/Bootstrap/Kendo UI[2013 - Feb 2014] Web Developer for interface support project. My role involved requirements gathering, technology selection, design, implementation, testing and transition for a web based application which allows users in the commercial accounting group to manage reporting tables. The application was built using ASP.NET MVC, Web API and Javascript.[2011 - Jan 2014] Java Developer for Commodity XL natural gas implementation project. My responsibility involves leading the Java development for the enhancement of the internal enterprise service bus product. This product provides a way for disparate systems to exchange trade data in near real-time. I built/enhanced adapters for ICE exchange, CME exchange and Commodity XL systems. These are all built using Java, JMS, XML and Oracle. I also introduced a best practice application lifecycle management (ALM) process into their existing process which included configuring automated builds and developing a tool for deployment automation.[2008 - 2011] Lead C# Developer on commercial trade compliance data warehouse application. The application was an enterprise-wide effort to ensure commercial trading activity follows governmental and corporate rules. My responsiblity included setting up the development/ALM process/tools, C# development of several custom WCF services in support of a batch service-oriented ETL process. I designed and implemented several interfaces to internal and external systems such as ICE, CME, Solarc RightAngle, TriplePoint CXL and LIM.

Architect/Lead Developer for custom built application used by front,middle and back office personnel. The appliation provided business users with functionality missing from the ETRM (Energy Trading and Risk Management) application, SunGard Entegrate. I lead a team of 7 technical and 3 functional analysts from requirements managemet to production deployment. The product was a desktop application consisting of a GUI, web services middle layer and database backend. It was built using C#, SQL Server, Oracle and Web Services.Lead Developer for custom reporting tool based on Oracle PL/SQL and C#. My role involved integrating the tool into the company ETRM and providing technical leadership to a team of 3.ETRM production support included use of my functional knowledge of ETRM systems to provide 1st level support to business users and vendor consultants. I was responsible for documenting technical and business processes involving the ETRM as well as creating custom SQL scripts and Excel tools.Developer for LNG Gateway website (http://www.lnggateway.com). My responsibilities included leading a team of 5 in coordinating product releases, mentoring junior developers, software design and implementation as well working with product and development managers. This is a multi-tier web application implemented in HTML, Javascript, Java, and Oracle.Lead developer for an internal software component used in several company products. I lead the architecture and design of both the front and back end components. Since the component is shared in several products, I regularly communicated with several stakeholders to prioritize features and set release dates.
