I have more than 45 years of experience in managing projects including construction quality assurance/quality control programs for a comprehensive array of projects. These projects have included utilities, roadways, healthcare, higher education, airports, hazardous material landfills, high rise office buildings, retail developments, manufacturing facilities, and community infrastructure.I have served on the boards of two organizations, CMAA Ohio Chapter and Northern Ohio Society for Healthcare Engineering, as well as being active in several others.My goals are to work well with project team members, building strong communication and understanding of commitment to project success.Specialties: Professional skills include client interaction, team building, coordination of staff, and coordination with contractors and designers. I have managed large multi-million dollar, multi-discipline projects throughout the Midwest. My understanding, flexibility and adaptability allows incorporation of various mitigating strategies in project approach.
