• Responsible for the whole talent acquisition process including the job posting, screening CVs, and conducting interviews.• Ensuring that all HR files are properly kept and updated.• Responsible for the complete implementation of the onboarding process.• Responsible for increasing recruitment channels for the organization and attending employment fairs whenever required.• Responsible for updating job descriptions and organizational charts.• Responsible for the performance management cycle and issuing performance and training reports accordingly.• Implementing training plans whether internal or external courses and updating the training database accordingly and ensuring post-training evaluation is properly done.• Updating and sending all required reports in the agreed-upon timelines (Recruitment report, Training, Attrition, PPD, Engagement, Exit interviews… etc.)• Ensuring Employees profiles are updated on a quarterly basis.• Responsible for preparing Engagement plan along with the cost associated with each activity monthly (Budget Vs Actual cost).• Implementing Engagement ideas and activities on weekly basis according to the plan.• Sharing actively in all new projects initiated by the HR department.• Have experience hiring Back End Developers such as Java Developers.• Have experience hiring Front End Developers such as Angular Developers.• Have experience hiring UI, UX, & Cross-Platform Developers such as Flutter, Ionic, React Native, & Cordova.• Have experience hiring UI, UX, & Cross-Platform Developers such as Cordova.• Have experience hiring Oracle Database Admins.• Have experience hiring Technical Support Engineers.• Have experience hiring Managers, Heads, & Directors• Have experience hiring Business Analysts, Product Managers, Project Managers, Product Owners, Business Development Managers, Sales Account Managers, Pre-Sales, & HR,• Have experience hiring QC, & QA.
