Joseph is an Infocomm security undergraduate interested in cybersecurity strategy, cloud and mobile security. He graduated with a Diploma in Infocomm Security Management and is currently furthering his studies majoring in Information Security at the Singapore Institute of Technology (SIT). Joseph has a strong technical foundation in cybersecurity and is looking to explore cybersecurity strategy consulting more by combining the business perspective and the technical perspective while building more on his technical knowledge. In his time at SIT, Joseph has been awarded the GovTech Top Year 1 Student Award, the Rotary Club of Bugis Junction Commendation Award and the Ho Bee Scholarship. In addition to these achievements, he has published an academic paper on mobile security and presented this research at the inaugural NUS Greyhats' Grey Cat The Flag Summit 2024.Outside of academics, Joseph served as the Vice President (Academics) of the SIT ICT Student Management Committee (ICT SMC) in 2024. During his time in the SIT ICT SMC, he initiated the first student mentorship program within the cluster. In addition, he is also part of the AISP Student Council in 2024.
