As the Manager of Production and Entertainment for the Seattle Seahawks, I oversee the production of our in-house stadium shows on game days, leading a team of 15. I manage 2 full-time employees, 3 interns, and 4 part-time editors, while producing and directing a wide range of video content and motion graphics. In addition, I serve as the primary liaison between all departments and the video production team, ensuring seamless communication and coordination to meet the video needs of various internal stakeholders and enhance the overall game-day experience.
