LMS Administrator• Manage day-to-day activities within the LMS including course and user management• Liaise with users, instructors, managers, and stakeholders from the entire organization• Resolve basic functionality support requests from users• Partner with system vendor’s support central to resolve system functionality issues/errors in a timely manner• Work in close partnership with stakeholders across the company to continuously improve the system functionality, content, and related processes• Coordinate with Telarus leaders and suppliers to understand their expectations for course creation/assignment/reporting/administration• Ensure the LMS remains updated with system provider’s quarterly enhancement releases• Generate analytics, usage reports and dashboards to provide Telarus leadership and suppliers with the required information to ensure system compliance, utilization, and quality of learning• Participate in system success & knowledge centers to develop administrative system skill and knowledge• Create system training events, sessions, tests, evaluations, checklists, certifications, assessments, and training• Test, preview, and publish custom and vendor content to LMS• Instructional Design - Create communications/training documents for users regarding system benefits, assignments, content, and navigation

Using the Cornerstone Learning client, I maintain the H&E course library which contains in house and third party training content. I administer safety and operational training to new hires and aid in troubleshooting and navigating the Learning platform. I also build and deliver reports to maintain compliance and regulatory requirements. I create job aids and training courses using Articulate Storyline and the Microsoft suite of apps.
