Joseph Fisher launched his career as a second assistant editor on “True Justice,” a production from Voltage Pictures and Legacy Filmworks. He soon advanced to first assistant editor, gaining key insights into Odyssey Media Inc. and Nasser Group North's strategies. Working on made-for-TV (MOW) content and feature films broadened his experience significantly.In 2014, he took on an Outpost Technician role with LightIron™, where he later became a Digital Imaging Technician following LightIron’s 2018 merger with Panavision under Saban Capital. This position provided him with invaluable experience working closely with cinematographer John Stanley Bartley on a feature produced by Patti Poskett. As an entrepreneur, Joseph built a strong client roster, including Destination Auto Group, Eastside Games Inc., and SGG World. In 2019, he secured a major contract with the New York Group of Companies, producing their recruitment video for CEO Bikkar Sarahi.By 2021, Joseph was working with FrameRiver Media Services alongside Bradley Goodman, known for collaborations with Amblin Entertainment, Time Warner, and New Line Cinema. There, he served as an EPK producer, creating in-house content for Frame River’s channels before taking a break from the industry.Today, Joseph works independently and continues editing for his clients. He brings top-tier skills in communication and has crafted advertising and promotional content for a range of small to medium businesses. His work on Hallmark and UPTV projects provided a foundation that led to feature films and on-set roles like Digital Media Wrangler and Digital Imaging Technician, building his expertise in media management and editorial work.In addition to post-production skills in video editing, color grading, and motion graphics, Joseph is well-versed branding, scriptwriting, media production, negotiation, and marketing which rounds out his profile as a director/producer with a strong storytelling approach, making him both a producer at heart and an editor by choice.
