PingPong is a high-volume, trendy, Asian restaurant located in the heart of Lakeview, Chicago. It offers high quality Asian foodin a unique environment. Terzo Piano is a fine dining, Italian restaurant located within the Modern Wing of the Art Institute of Chicago. The restaurant iscapable of hosting private events up to 300 guests. I was given the chance to work closely with experienced chefs and food andwine experts such as Tony and Kathy Matuano.- Responsible for Front-of-House and Back-of-House operations- Prepared the stock of necessary service items- Maintained communications among servers, server assistants, managers, and other team members.- Worked large to intimate catering events as a server- Expertly prepared coffee and specialty espresso drinks- Liaised communication among Terzo Piano, Bon Appétit, and Art Institute employees under Compass Group
