Lead Network Deployment & Optimization EngineerManaged UMTS turnkey network deployment and optimization project on Bell and TELLUS networks in the Greater Toronto Area (GTA) – Managed the optimization project. Managed a group of 5 engineers, 6 Data Collection teams' activities while optimizing the network and making sure the network met the required KPI’s of 98.5% reliability in voice and data, using Windcather and Mapinfo.

Equipment Engineering ManagementManaged UMTS optimization products and test equipment, software and hardware supplies and inventory used for network optimization and performance in the T-Mobile South Regional markets. I worked with Vendors, Engineers, and Field Technicians to order equipment and supplies based on projected needs of market personnel, and performed equipment functionality, fault detection, testing and isolation, hardware and software testing, recommendations, and performance improvements. I developed troubleshooting procedures to identify malfunctioning equipment, products, and tools. I trained and provided support to Technicians and Field Engineers in the southern markets to use new equipment.
