As an Assistant Account Manager for FACTS Management, I aid in customer service by working 1-on-1 with clients. On a daily basis, I assist in setting up payment plans, making payment arrangements, and correspond with customers in order to respond to a wide range of inquiries. I assist with both inbound and outbound calls and work directly with schools in some instances. The overall goal of the position is to service payment plans for K-12 private schools and higher educational institutions.
