I am an IT Support Professional, certified with the CompTIA A+ certification, looking to leverage my customer service experience as I build a career in the IT Support field.As a child I marveled at computers and all the things they could do, starting with a Windows ME mini tower that my father and uncle bought for us to use. As the years progressed, so did the computers and the information I sought out. Between taking every computer class available to me and building my own computers, I delighted in it all.After a "brief" 8.5 year professional detour working in a specialty grocery store, something that proved to be surprisingly rewarding for a service minded person such as myself, I find myself seeking that love for computers and tech again. I especially want to leverage my experiences from these last 8.5 years, both the customer service skills and the observations I have made about how technology can be used within companies. Technology is amazing and making sure it gets utilized to it's fullest is a passion that I've recently found.
