Continuously self-develop knowledge of scholarships for medical, dental, as well as other graduate medical professional schools, internships and externships to accurately advise of benefits and eligibility for programs. Conduct face to face, video, and telephonic interview to advise of programs, process of applying, identify knowledge gaps and misperceptions, and determine eligibility. Apply critical thinking and problem solving to facilitate accurate processing of a complex and in-depth application with working and very active physicians and medical professions. Assist with and build accurate applications for board review, evaluate curriculum vitae of providers, evaluate letters of recommendation, collect medical and source documentation for medical processing, and process administrative processes in accordance with federal law, rules, and regulations to meet fixed board deadlines for review and consideration for selection to commission in the Army and Army Reserve. Establish professional interpersonal relationships with applicants to maintain rapport and commitment and develop selected applicants and prepare for rigors of entering service as a commissioned officer at an advance rank.

Interpret supervisor guidance on objectives and develops and implements a plan to conduct public events and speaking, meet public and private officials to coordinate cooperation with the local community, interview, advise of benefits of Army service, and determine eligibility. Facilitate interested applicants prepare and accurately apply for enlistment, determine medical and moral eligibility in accordance with established policy, guidelines, and law. Establish professional interpersonal relationships with all future soldiers through oral and written communication and develop their basic soldiering knowledge prior to their shipping date to training.
