My role with the State of Vermont is in the Agency of Digital Services (ADS) Enterprise Project Management Office (EPMO). This role works on IT Projects within the "EPMO 1" portfolio, which supports the Agency of Administration (AOA), Agency of Digital Services (ADS), Agency of Education (AOE), Department of Labor (DOL), Secretary of State (SOS) and other Executive Branch entities.As an IT Project Manager IV, I monitor the scope, schedule and budget of projects. Other responsibilities include: completing and maintaining project management deliverables, such as, the Project Charter, Project Schedule, Issue and risk logs, and providing effective and timely communications and project status reports to the Project Sponsor, Project Team, Stakeholders and other interested parties.

In this role, I also had the opportunity to manage a team of developers for the first time as we built out websites and mobile apps for clients.

In this role, I helped to transition the church's database from Salesforce, into a Citrix owned 3rd party cloud platform called Podio. Equipped with PHP, JavaScript and an automation functionality entitled Globiflow I started analyzing processes, implementing efficiencies and gathering scopes and requirements for the ensuing projects across many departments of the church.

While finishing up my undergraduate degree with Anderson University I had the tremendous opportunity to work in the Information Technology department as a Help Desk Agent. Most of my days were filled with answering phone calls, emails and walk-ins from both faculty and students regarding various hardware and software requests. Helping manage the process of hundreds of new freshmen receive and set-up their new iPads was always one of my favorite projects each semester.
