In South America, I had the opportunity to manage an array of community redevelopment programs for small communities. My team and I worked tirelessly to aid these communities with various redevelopment projects, such as fresh water, education, safety, and self-defense.One of our most successful projects was the installation of fresh water systems in several communities that lacked access to clean water. We worked closely with local leaders to identify the most pressing needs and developed a plan to install wells and filtration systems. This not only provided clean drinking water but also helped prevent waterborne illnesses.In addition to water systems, we also focused on education programs, providing access to books and educational materials to children who would not have otherwise had the opportunity to learn. We also held safety and self-defense workshops for both adults and children, teaching them basic safety techniques and how to protect themselves in dangerous situations.The impact of our programs was truly transformative for these communities. This required intensive operational and strategic oversight in the recruitment of over 1,500 students per year.o Created our official MSU recruitment presentation and trained MSU staff and faculty how to conduct interviews for acceptance into the program. This was a crucial task that required careful planning and execution. The presentation was informative, engaging, and tailored to the specific audience of MSU/Disney International College Program Students who will be interviewing for acceptance into our joint program. It was essential to provide guidance on how to evaluate candidates most effectively. The process of presentation creation and interview training required a complete understanding of our program and its objectives, as well as strong leadership, not only with MSU, but The Walt Disney World Recruitment Team. o As the Chief Contact to International Associates, Students, Faculty, and the Walt Disney World Recruitment Team, my role involved managing communication between these various groups. This required excellent communication skills, being extremely organized, and have a deep understanding of the needs and expectations of each group while meeting and exceeding all expectations. o Worked tirelessly within various teams to create recruitment strategies, supervised training and actively managed 40 program staff and Ambassadors.
