About Joe Ogden

Website, creative, and systems consultant. Skills and experience in website & app development, graphic design for branding & advertising, social media & online marketing, IT, and photography, among other related areas. I frequently create and build things be it websites or businesses.Active in the website development and graphic design industries for over 15 years, primarily on a freelance consulting basis. I have been designing websites, writing code, and working with hosting servers since the late 1990s. More recently involved in establishing and running various Cambodia based businesses, positions in creative and digital agencies, and developing other web apps, systems and e-commerce based websites with partners and clients. I have been based in Southeast Asia since 2007, primarily in Cambodia and Thailand.In 2015 I established Host Asean Ltd (www.hostasean.com), the first dedicated web hosting provider in Cambodia.
