I am responsible for monitoring, inspecting and proposing measures to prevent errors, correct or improve organization's final products in order to meet established quality standards. Which includes;¶ On-the-process checks, Manufacturing and Packaging of Products, Warehouse evaluation and ensuring compliance with Quality standards and other regulations.¶ Reports and Documentation of production processes, HACCP, QMS, CAPA and other processes. Support execution of GMPs throughout work processes and ensuring safety at work.¶ SAP and product distribution (involved in the supply chain distribution of products), and generate Quality reports on weekly and monthly basis which are used for management decisions and functions.¶ Also, contributed a positive quota in ensuring audits and certifications are passed/achieved.

• Organoleptic analysis (physical examination) and Physiochemical analysis of crude olein/ palm oil and refined vegetable edible oil and margarine; where key quality parameters are being analyzed.• •Physiochemical analysis on effluent treatment plant samples.• Preparation and standardization of reagents used. I ensured compliance with Good Laboratory Practices, 5S, as well as GMP. • Verification and calibrations of laboratory equipments. Ensuring proper documentations and reporting of work processes.
