Whispering Winds is the brain child of Melissa Pierce. Melissa started with horses when she was 2 years old, when her grandfather first put her atop hger first horse; and has had a love of the animal that goes deeper than most humans tie to each other. Melissa Trains in a way to use the horses natural personality to accomplish many things. She believes the spirit of the horse should be nurtured and not broken.

I started out as a normal sales associate, moved to assistant store manager after a few months and went into the MIT program. While in the MIT program I was the go to to fill in for store managers who needed time off. In the cours of a year I worked 21 differant retail outlets for Radio Shack as a fill in for the store managers. I was promoted to Store Sales Manager after my rotation and made my store profitable with an average sales gain of 25% a month. I went to Ft Worth for advanced training and did well there also.
