Since leaving secondary school I have worked continuously in the IT industry within various divisions of the Datacom Group. In this time I have taken every opportunity available to enhance my knowledge both of the IT environment and to improve my customer skills. As a large national provider of IT Support, Datacom has provided opportunities for me to work in an enormous range of computing and communications environments. This breadth of experience now gives me the confidence to rapidly assess problems and determine likely solutions. Throughout my career I have gained both the respect and friendship of my customers and peers by demonstrating a professional and enthusiastic approach to customer service both internal and external. I have worked in all parts of a team, as manager, team leader and team member. During the last few years I have managed four teams including over 40 staff with skills ranging from remote desktop support to consultant level.
