The practice started with me and one individual and grew into a 50-person, 3 Partner practice, which produced $40M in revenue in 4 years.Built the strategy and developed alliances with all the major GRC Technology vendors, including Archer, ServiceNow, B Wise, Workiva, Auditboard, SAI Global, Wolters Klower.Developed the training, recruiting strategy, and go-to-market materials that enabled significant growth within the Technology Risk practice.Worked within PwC to transform the internal risk and compliance function, which better aligned business and compliance processes to the organizational needs.Spearheaded the move of the HR compliance platform to Microsoft Azure, including the re-engineering of the Tech Ops and Dev Ops processes and strict adherence to all Cyber and all regulatory policies, which enabled a smooth transition to the cloud.
