Joe is an Operations Specialist at Alma Tire Companies, a family-owned tire and auto repair service for both retail and commercial customers across the great state of Michigan. He brings over 12 years of R&D and manufacturing experience across multiple industries with a strong focus on quality, efficiency, and sustainability. Prior to joining Alma Tire, Joe worked as an engineer in the Consumer Packaged Goods industry for privately held and public corporations across multiple CPG industries, most recently as a Lead Packaging Engineer for Kellogg’s in the Natural & Insurgent category. Joe’s attention to detail and strategic thinking were applied to create and implement Packaging Strategies and Technical Roadmaps focused on sustainability for the natural brands. Additionally, Joe compiled and analyzed packaging components and production data as part of a cross-functional team to complete Lifecycle Analyses for the Kashi brand. Joe has also served on the Board of Directors for his local Trout Unlimited Chapter in Sheboygan, Wisconsin, driving membership growth and community outreach as they worked to conserve and improve trout habitat in the area’s cold-water fisheries.
