In the role of "Gameday Monitor" for the MLB, I am responsible for setting up multiple devices to monitor a game's streaming quality on the MLB.tv site. During the game, I am in communication with Tech Ops, Ad Loggers, and supervisors via Slack to report the inning-to-inning progression of the game's streaming quality, and report any incidents or issues experienced on either Home or Away feeds. A full report is submitted at the end of the game.

Optical Graphics uses tech to link the movement of a camera with a graphic overlay. As a tech, I record camera movements and apply tracking points and keyframes to generate a virtual field; calibrating that field to mimic the movement of the camera during live broadcasts. This involves running feeds from cameras through our system, communication with camera ops to record game movement for calibration, and troubleshooting.

As the Player/Puck Tracker, I work with remote support, equipment and tech managers of various venues, and off-ice officials to set up and monitor tracking devices in players' jerseys and pucks. These devices help us generate augmented reality graphics during live broadcasts to provide the audience with a more immersive experience.
