In the role of "Gameday Monitor" for the MLB, I am responsible for setting up multiple devices to monitor a game's streaming quality on the MLB.tv site. During the game, I am in communication with Tech Ops, Ad Loggers, and supervisors via Slack to report the inning-to-inning progression of the game's streaming quality, and report any incidents or issues.
