Improved the portfolio's budget by 10% through resource analysis and future requirements development. - Integrated multiple cross-functional teams in the military, defense acquisitions and commercial sectors to develop a risk-mitigated transition from an aging aircraft to a 21st-century digital aircraft within a 10-year transition cycle while still supporting global defense and military requirements. - Secured funding for two major military construction projects, totaling over $150 million.
