- Delivered data-driven analysis to the COO/CFO of Marine Corps Aviation on requirements and budgetary matters encompassing 22 programs within his portfolio. Developed and provided operationally and threat-informed options to improve lethality, expand capacity, broaden capability, and enhance aviation safety through resourcing rapid advancements in technology.

- Led and integrated the efforts of over 50 senior military officers and government civilians in the daily management of their unique weapon systems portfolios to increase efficiency, reduce duplicative efforts, and realign additional resources through streamlined processes.

- Developed the requirements and resourcing strategy for a fleet of 200 Heavy Lift Helicopters in support of the United States Marine Corps Premier Heavy Lift combat aircraft, Sikorsky Aircraft Corporation - CH-53K King Stallion. Total lifecycle program valued at $75 billion across a 30-year timeline.- Managed budgetary and resourcing priorities for a $2 billion/year portfolio. Improved the portfolio's budget by 10% through resource analysis and future requirements development.

- Integrated multiple cross-functional teams in the military, defense acquisitions and commercial sectors to develop a risk-mitigated transition from an aging aircraft to a 21st-century digital aircraft within a 10-year transition cycle while still supporting global defense and military requirements.

- Secured funding for two major military construction projects, totaling over $150 million. Both projects will increase productivity and reduce wait time for parts delivery.

- Led a division of over 200 personnel in the day-to-day operations of a dynamic aviation work environment.

- Managed 120,000 maintenance man-hours per year on 16 Major End Items, totaling over $640 million dollars in assets and equipment. Developed a unique data-centric tracking system which allowed the organization to complete 101% of planned mission requirements for the fiscal year.
- Achieved the highest level of aircraft readiness during an overseas deployment to Japan in 2018; increased the readiness rate by 23% in six months and achieved 110% of planned mission requirements during the deployment.

- Served as Aircraft Commander on “Marine One” for the 44th President of the United States, Barack H. Obama. Only four pilots (out of 55) in the squadron given this designation. Completed 32 strategic logistical movements of the President, his Senior Staff and Secret Service.- Site commander to over 50 personnel in multiple locations across the United States and seven international countries. Responsible for over $500 million dollars in national strategic assets and equipment.- Led the strategic planning department, responsible for developing and planning for all White House requirements in support of the President and White House Military Office. Head Liaison for Pope Francis visit to the United States (2015), and Middle East Leaders’ summit at Camp David (2015).

Trained, Evaluated, and Mentored over 50 pilots in the employment of the CH-53E helicopter for combat operations. Managed over 3000 flight hours (~$60M/year) in support of the Commander's training objectives.
